At Earl Johnson Furniture Inc. we want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase from us. If you are not fully satisfied with your in-stock purchase, we’ll work with you to make it right. Accessories, Art, Lamps, Rugs and smaller pieces can be returned with full refund if returned within 15 days of purchase, and in its original condition. Other items like Furniture, Mattresses, Bedding and Case goods can be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit, assuming it is in it's original condition. Non-listed categories are subject to pre-approval. Delivery charges and fabric/leather protection are non-refundable. Delivery charges will also apply if item needs pick-up. We require that the original receipt is present for all merchandise returns. Any refunds issued will be done in the method of the original payment. Payments received by cash or check will be issued from our main office by check. Credit Cards will be credited back to the original card used. Please allow 7-10 days for processing.
Special Orders
All special orders require a non-refundable down payment of 50% at the time of the sale. Custom or special orders are manufactured uniquely for a single customer and thus are non-cancellable, refundable or returnable.
Store and Manufacturer Warranties
Earl Johnson furniture will service all merchandise unconditionally for period of one year from the delivery date. Some manufacturers offer special types of warranty coverage for a longer period of time. We’ll be happy to give you any information that pertains to your individual purchase.
