At Earl Johnson Furniture we want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase. If you are not satisfied with your in-stock purchase within 30 days, we will refund your money on the merchandise provided it’s returned in it’s original condition. This applies to furniture, bedding, rugs, lamps and accessories. Delivery charges and fabric protection fees are not refundable. Pick up charges may apply.
Special Orders
All special orders require a non-refundable down payment of 50% at the time of the sale. Custom or special orders are manufactured uniquely for a single customer and thus are non-cancellable, refundable or returnable.
Store and Manufacturer Warranties
Earl Johnson furniture will service all merchandise unconditionally for period of one year from the delivery date. Some manufacturers offer special types of warranty coverage for a longer period of time. We’ll be happy to give you any information that pertains to your individual purchase.
